James Frazier has been leading workshops since 1986. He studied under Stan Grof and was in the  first group to be certified by Stan to practice holotropic breathwork.

James is one of the most experienced breathwork practitioners in the country having led over 500 Breathwork seminars throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.

James has over 25 years of experience in the field of  counseling  and personal growth and development consulting. He holds a Master of Arts from Bath Spa University, Bath, England.
